This Code of Conduct should also be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions
Member Privacy and Safety
We remove any accounts that contain information that allows a member to be identified, this includes surnames and other personal information.
No Charging Policy
Users are not allowed to charge each other.
Safe Environment
We are committed to providing a safe environment in which people can meet.
Mutual Respect
Users must show mutual respect for each other and must not engage in conduct that may be offensive to other members.
Sperm Donation Method
In the case of sperm donation the only acceptable method is artificial insemination - both parties must respect this.
Not a Dating Website
PollenTree is not a dating or adult website.
There are other websites for those purposes please use them if that is your intent.
Account Suspension and Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove the account of any member who breaches our Code of Conduct and/or Terms & Conditions. If your account is removed you cannot subsequently setup a new account.
IP Address Restrictions
We also reserve the right to ban or bar access to members or groups based upon their IP address.
Legal Action
We reserve the right to take further action (including legal action) for breaches of our Code of Conduct and/or our Terms & Conditions. This includes recouping the costs of dealing with members who breach our Code of Conduct and/or Terms & Conditions.
Illegal Activity
Any illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in the country in which it takes place.
Reporting Issues
If you do have a negative experience whilst using PollenTree please contact us immediately, so that we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
