Issues Logging Into Accounts

We have now identified and fixed the issue affecting all impacted accounts. All members impacted by this issue have been contacted and their accounts tested. Thank you again for your patience.

We have identified part of the issue causing the intermittent problems - a fix is underway - though it will take time to complete and to check, before it goes live.

We are aware that some members are experiencing issues logging into their accounts.

This appears to be an intermittent issue - not all members are having problems and some members who are affected are not affected all of the time.

Unfortunately, this makes diagnosing the cause/causes more difficult and time-consuming.
