We do not recommend that you pay anyone for their sperm.
Private donations are usually supposed to be for altruistic reasons - anyone seeking to charge is in it for other reasons.
If you have a private arrangement then paying the other party's reasonable expenses (such as travel, possibly accommodation etc.) is usually the only payment, and it tends to be only reasonable expenses - nothing more.
If you go to a clinic you pay much more, due to the health checks performed by the clinic, the costs incurred in storage of the sperm - and the fact they are commercial organisations seeking to make a profit.
We want people who use PollenTree to being doing it for purely altruistic reasons. They should be doing it to help you, not make money.

As a sperm Donor, I would not charge, someone for my sperm. Don't pay anyone
Its actually illegal to pay for sperm in the Uk (obviously different if using a clinic). Like mentioned above, paying for travel costs, STI testing etc is accceptable :)
