Guardianship Appointment when co-parenting

You can appoint someone to act as a guardian to your child(ren) in the event of your death.

The mother and father should be in agreement as to this appointment should they both die.

It should be a person you trust.

The appointment can be made separately in the form of a Deed or as part of the terms of your Will.

You will need a Solicitor to draw up these documents for you.
