PollenTree is a completely free website, we do not charge users to access the website or to contact other users on the website.
Users are not allowed to charge each other.
We are committed to providing a safe environment in which people can meet.
Users must show mutual respect for each other and must not engage in conduct that may be offensive to other users.
In respect of donation both parties are equal and should respect each other and their wishes. In the specific case of sperm donation it is for the recipient to choose the method and for the donor to respect this.
PollenTree is not a dating or adult website.
There are other websites for those purposes please use them if that is your intent.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove the accounts of any user who breaches our Code of Conduct. If your account is removed you cannot subsequently setup a new account.
We also reserve the right to ban or bar access to users or groups based upon their IP address.
We reserve the right to take further action for breaches of our Code of Conduct and/or our Terms & Conditions.
If you do have a negative experience whilst using PollenTree please contact us immediately, so that we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
